Call Center Supervisor
“The Supervisor will be accountable for resolving system outages, ensuring Experts are meeting quality standards outlined in client contracts, calculating and coaching to call center performance metrics, and analyzing reports to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
They will coach Experts to effectively engage with customers to solve tech issues, understand their technology, and upsell protection/tech support solutions based on their needs.”
-Must have the ability to handle multiple priorities, work in a fast environment, and manage time effectively
-Must have excellent interpersonal skills and build effective relationships with direct reports and internal and external professionals
-Must be able to lead Experts to success in call performance metrics and sales goals
-Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
-Be able to collect appropriate data and make decisions quickly
-Be computer literate with an ability to type 25-35 words per minute and learn new call center software.
-Must be able to pass a hiring assessment, covering soft skill scenario modeling, business decisions, and product knowledge
-Preferred experience in a remote environment.
-Bachelors or Associates degree from an accredited institution
-Must have at least 1-year experience in a management position (preferred call center experience)
-Must demonstrate a track record of building teams who consistently exceed client expectations
-Bilingual skills a plus
Pay and Benefits
The pay Asurion’s call center supervisor role is $25.48 per hour. Medical benefits are provided. Paid training, must have a flexible schedule.

Call Center Agent
“As a Customer Care Rep, you will maintain exceptional customer service while providing remote support for customers’ inquiries about lost or damaged devices and resolve customer issues in a timely manner to get them back online in this fast-moving, tech-driven world!”
- High school diploma or GED
- Flexibility to work all shifts as required (including evenings, weekends, or holidays)
- 6 months of previous customer service experience
- Technical aptitude to pass our readiness assessment
- Willing to submit and pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug screen
- Call center experience is welcomed but not required
- Must be able to provide a distraction free environment
- Must have a computer with Windows 7 or greater
- High Speed Internet Service
- Landline Phone Service
Pay and Benefits
$13.50 for work at home call center agents. Medical and 401k benefits. Plus paid training. Must have open availability.
